When we started this rescue in 2020, we knew we wanted to save the dogs who needed us most -- the ones no one else was willing to take a chance on. Our dream was to build a sanctuary where we could provide any and every resource those dogs needed to recover, heal, be fully rehabilitated and ultimately go on to be adopted into loving homes.
Today, that vision is taking shape.
Thanks to our incredible supporters, we have purchased a commercial property, renovated the interior to create dog rooms and play yards and made tremendous progress toward creating a rescue and rehabilitation facility unlike anything else. Beyond just a shelter, our sanctuary provides comprehensive care all in one place: medical treatments, rehabilitation, behavioral training, enrichment, the stability of a home-like environment and an animal care team that our dogs call family.
But we aren't done yet. There is still SO much work to do, and the dogs are counting on us to finish what we started.

The before!

The after! Our goal was to create a place that felt as close to a home as possible.

Indoor training + play spaces essential for the dogs.

Every dog has their own room with privacy blinds. Soft music fills the halls.

Each room has a solar tube for natural light, a camera, comfy bed, ample space and a crate for crate training.

Our quarantine and isolation wing allows us to bring dogs directly from the shelters into the sanctuary without infecting our general population.

The clinic we are building will help us provide immediate care at a fraction of the cost.

Thoughtfully designed for the dogs. Home is where the heart is.

Because of your support, we have transformed an empty commercial property into a growing sanctuary designed specifically for dogs in critical need.
Completed projects include:
Every wall, every improvement, every thoughtfully designed room represents a life that now has a chance. Together, we are building a place where second chances happen every single day.
The dog suites are built.
The Sanctuary is operating.
The vision is becoming reality.
Now, we need your help to complete the remaining projects and create the rescue and rehabilitation center these dogs deserve.

What started as an old insurance office...

...turned into the beginnings of a fully functioning veterinary clinic.

Surgeries are well underway in our brand-new sanctuary clinic!

Bringing veterinary care in-house allows us to save up to 60% on our medical expenses.

We have already performed almost 50 surgeries at the sanctuary in 2026 alone.

Now, our dogs can receive faster care in a far less stressful environment.
A fully functioning clinic will allow us to provide more medical care onsite, reduce costs and improve outcomes for the animals who depend on us.
Outstanding expenses for post-op kennels and surgery packs: $45,000

We started by tearing up the front row of parking...

These 9 yards will provide outdoor play spaces for the dogs.

Larger yards on the property will give our dogs space to run off leash.
Safe outdoor spaces will provide exercise, enrichment and rehabilitation opportunities for the dogs in our care.
Outstanding expense to finish the yards: $85,000

Our animal care team shows up every single day to help our dogs heal, from the inside-out.

Beyond medical care + housing, our sanctuary staff provides training to every single one of our dogs.

We also provide training assistance to our community, helping keep dogs in their homes.
From medical equipment and food to each incredible person on our animal care team, every dollar you give helps us save more lives and provide the highest level of care for our dogs.
Every dollar donated today helps our sanctuary continue.
Sanctuary + rescue operating budget: $1,200,000/year

Every day, we receive requests to help dogs facing euthanasia, medical neglect, severe injuries and behavioral challenges. Too often, the limiting factor isn't willingness to help, it's having a place to bring them.
The Sanctuary allows us to save the dogs that require more time, more resources and more specialized care:
This sanctuary is not just a building; it's the future of our mission.
