 Love Them All Sanctuary & Rescue is a 501(c)(3) dog rescue founded in 2020 by Christine. From the beginning, it became clear that the dogs most often left behind on euthanasia lists were those with medical needs—dogs who had lacked proper care or were abandoned when they got sick.

We’re proud to be a New Hope partner with Maricopa County Animal Care & Control (MCACC) and the Arizona Humane Society (AHS), allowing us to pull the most at-risk dogs.

In 2023, we opened our Sanctuary in Scottsdale, starting with 14 suites. With the recent completion of Phase 2, we now have over 44 suites! Our next dream? A full clinic on-site so we can bring more medical care in-house and save even more lives.

 Fostering means opening your home and heart to a dog temporarily while they receive medical care and prepare for adoption. You're a bridge to their forever home—and a vital part of our rescue mission.

• All medical care (100% covered)
• Basic supplies:
• Leash & collar
• Crate
• Food
• Bed (if needed—though old blankets are often better for easy washing and figuring out if they’re a “bed shredder”!)
• Optional: Bowls, toys, or treats—just ask if needed!
   

• Daily care, love, and patience
• Transport to vet appointments
• Communication with our team about your foster’s health and progress

  We are transitioning more appointments to our Sanctuary in North Scottsdale, but here’s where vet visits usually occur:

• Sanctuary (Scottsdale): Intake, vaccines, general care  
• Heidi’s Village – 600 N. 40th St, Phoenix (near Van Buren & 202): Spay/neuter, x-rays, ultrasound, routine surgeries  
• Blue Pearl (Peoria/Glendale): Specialty surgeries Usually just drop-off/pick-up and 1–2 follow-up visits  
• Other Specialists (oncology, cardiology, neurology, etc.): Based on availability and need.

📍 Note: Please be sure you’re comfortable transporting your foster to these locations. We’ll always try to accommodate your schedule when setting appointments. 

If your foster is coming home from a shelter, please quarantine your foster for health and safety:

Quarantine Guidelines:

 (Full guidelines are detailed on the Foster Portal)

• Designated      area: Quiet space like a spare room or bathroom
• Supplies:     Separate bedding, bowls, toys
• Sanitation:     Clean and disinfect daily
• Monitor      health: Watch for symptoms like sneezing, coughing, lethargy,      vomiting, or appetite changes
• Limit      contact: Keep foster separate from your pets until cleared by our team
• Hygiene:     Wash hands and clothes after handling

Quarantine typically lasts 14 days, depending on veterinary guidance.

  We use Google Chat to stay connected and organized. Each foster dog has their own dedicated chat with our team, including:

📌 Note: We’re all volunteers with full-time jobs and families. We aim to respond in 48 hours (usually much faster), but if something is urgent and you haven’t heard back—please call!

Supply Pickup Options

• Sanctuary (Scottsdale): Default pickup location
• West Valley/Laveen fosters: Pickup available from Liz (advanced notice required)
• East Valley/Queen Creek fosters: Pickup may be arranged through local      volunteers (advance notice required)

  Fostering is a journey for both you and your dog. 

Here’s what to expect:

3 Days – Decompression

They may be anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down. Keep their world small and quiet (crate or small room). Be patient—they don’t know you’re their angel yet!

3 Weeks – Routine

They begin learning your home’s rhythms: feeding, potty breaks, cues. You may see some behavioral quirks pop up. Consistency and gentle training are key.

3 Months – Confidence

Now you’re seeing their true personality shine. This is when real healing happens. Keep building trust, practicing training, and taking LOTS of pics!

•  Medical Holds:   Most dogs are on hold until they are medically stable
• Spay/Neuter Required:  No dog can be adopted without it
• Behavioral Holds: Dogs working through behavioral issues stay on hold until progress is made
• Post-Surgery Recovery:  May take 1–3 months depending on procedure

When your foster dog is ready:

1. We’ll send you a form so you can tell us all about them and create a compelling bio.
2. You can send photos—eye-level, natural light, direct eye contact (we have tips in the Foster Portal!) Amazing pictures get dogs adopted!

We’ll then list them on adoption platforms like Adopt-a-Pet, Rescue Me, and our own site.
